Gear: Annihilation was recorded with a crappy Swingstar set that you can see in the studio sessions photos. After that recording session I decided to buy a good drum set. So nowadays I have a Pearl ELX set: 10", 12" and 14" toms with two wooden snares (6,5" and 5") and one 20" bass drum. I haven't yet decided which of the snares I'm going to use with Spirit Disease. Maybe I use them both depending on the song. The drums also include 10" splash, 14" and 16" Crashes, 20" China and ofcourse hihat and ride. The symbals are made by different manufacturers. The bass drum is triggered with a Ddrum-redshot trigger and Alesis DM5 module. I prefer to use them while playing live as it helps to make the sound clearer (we don't have our own sound tech). All of you trigger haters can get a life! If you don't know what you are talking about, it's better to shut up..
